Gallery of Four Bottles

Inconceivable should, perhaps, be called "Conceived At Last!" These are wines produced and bottled by and for Middleton Family Wines. We imagined them, then considered our grape sourcing and wine-making, and declared them INCONCEIVABLE …and set about finding ways to make them anyway.

Inconceivable wines encourage discovery, each labeled with a map indicating physical landmarks, each with aromas and flavors offering sensory landmarks, to guide the curious wine lover.

After the Floods

Cabernet Sauvignon

Columbia Valley

A definitive Columbia Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, with plenty of blackcurrant and dark cherry fruit, toasty vanilla complexities from oak aging, and a firm structure. Great to enjoy upon release, it will reward a few years of bottle aging.

The Fog Prince

Pinot Noir

Santa Barbara County

From California Central Coast, where the morning fogs tickle the inland vineyards. A cool climate, indeed, but with plenty of sunshine to ripen our Pinot Noir grapes. Full of deep strawberry fruit, and ready to enjoy now.
